Job Summary
Pastry Chef (1100 AED/month)
Location: Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for a creative and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow. We are open to consider applicants with no experience.

Job Responsibilities
• Prepare an array of desserts such as cakes, pastries, pies, tarts, mousses, cookies and other sweet treats
• Decorate cakes and pastries with buttercreams, glazes, icings or fondants
• Create custom cakes for special occasions such as weddings or anniversaries
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is well maintained and cleaned regularly
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures
• Make sure the ingredients used are of the highest quality and freshness
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
• Develop new recipes and menu items in collaboration with the Head Chef

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of experience in pastry making preferred but not required
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary: 1100 AED/month
