Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: 1100 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience and be willing to take on the challenge of supervising a team of workers.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks and activities related to your team are completed in an efficient and timely manner. You will need to monitor team performance, provide feedback, and motivate your team to reach their goals. Additionally, you will need to assign tasks, enforce safety regulations, coordinate training sessions, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively manage the team and provide feedback. You should also be organized and able to multitask while upholding a high standard of quality. Experience working with remote teams is beneficial but not required. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position as well.
