Restaurant Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service, manage staff and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing a restaurant, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of food service regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure that the restaurant adheres to all local health regulations
• Train and manage staff, creating a positive working environment
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
• Develop marketing initiatives to increase sales and profit margins
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and take corrective action when needed

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to lead and motivate staff members
• Good organizational skills

Salary: 1300 AED per month. We are also ready to consider foreign applicants for this position.
