Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples for laboratory testing efficiently and accurately. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail.

Duties:
The primary duty of the Phlebotomist is to perform venipuncture blood collection procedures for inpatients and outpatients as well as pediatric patients. You will also be responsible for confirming patient identification, performing skin puncture procedures, labeling and processing specimens according to standard protocols, assisting with laboratory test orders, preparing specimen containers for transport and following established safety guidelines. In addition, you will maintain accurate records of venipuncture procedures and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked.

Skills Required:
The ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience in phlebotomy or related field. You must be able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all interactions with patients. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with medical staff as well as patients’ families and friends. Additionally, you must be highly organized to handle multiple tasks at once and have a keen eye for detail when documenting patient information.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month along with other benefits depending on experience level of the candidate.
