We are looking for a professional and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the best candidates for our organization. This position offers a salary of 1700 AED per month and we are open to consider foreign applicants as well.

The responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies.
• Creating job postings and advertising vacancies.
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online resources.
• Reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews with pre-screened candidates.
• Scheduling face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Following up with both the candidates and hiring managers regarding feedback on interviews.
• Negotiating salaries with selected candidates.
• Assisting in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary paperwork such as contracts, offer letters etc.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written, strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities and be able to work at a fast pace with accuracy. Additionally, recruiters must have excellent problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment process.
