Job Summary

Job Requirements
• Proven track record of success in sales management role
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good understanding of market changes and customer needs
• Ability to motivate and lead a team of sales professionals
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions accordingly
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
