Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager for a position in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of construction projects, from the initial planning stage through to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of people and materials, as well as budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. You should have good communication skills and be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
• Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Experience creating budgets and schedules
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to accept an immigrant candidate is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1400 AED/month
