Job Summary:
Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will analyze data sets to identify trends, develop insights, and inform decision-making. This position offers a salary of 1600 and is open to both local and foreign applicants.

Job Duties:
• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting large datasets from multiple sources.
• Identifying trends in the data and interpreting their implications for decision making.
• Developing reports to present findings to the management team in a clear and concise manner.
• Cleaning up datasets by removing unnecessary information or outliers.
• Performing ad hoc statistical analysis as required by the team.
• Developing predictive models for forecasting future trends or outcomes using machine learning algorithms.
• Providing technical support in data related activities to other teams within the organization as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field; Master's degree preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of experience working with data analytics tools such as SAS, R, SPSS or Tableau; experience with Python preferred but not required.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex analysis results in a way that is understandable for non-technical audiences; excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability and critical thinking skills; knowledge of statistical concepts such as regression analysis preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
