We are looking for a Supervisor for our Al-Kuwait office. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the team's daily operations, ensuring that all targets and goals are met. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The individual should have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on their feet. They should also demonstrate a strong work ethic, be reliable and have an eye for detail.

The successful candidate will build relationships with clients, ensuring that customer service is of the highest standard. They will also need to ensure that all safety measures are followed and provide guidance to staff when needed. Additionally, they must be able to delegate tasks effectively and manage employee performance efficiently.

We welcome applications from people with no experience, however those with previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role will be preferred.
