Job Title: Florist

We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, preparing and assembling floral arrangements, as well as providing customer service and sales support. The ideal candidate should have an eye for creativity and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Designing and arranging floral displays according to customers’ specifications
• Selecting the freshest flowers from our inventory and ensuring that they are correctly labeled and stored properly
• Restocking flowers, plants, containers, ribbons and other supplies
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right items for their needs
• Answering customer inquiries with knowledge of the products we offer
• Maintaining a clean working environment by sweeping, dusting, mopping, etc.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
• Proven experience working as a Florist or similar role
• Knowledge of flower varieties, colors, shapes and sizes
• Ability to interpret customer requests accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
