Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and screening candidates for various positions within the company. The Recruiter will also be responsible for ensuring the appropriate hiring process is followed, providing feedback to candidates, and working with Human Resources to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Needs for the Candidates:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successfully recruiting quality talent. They should have the ability to source, screen, interview and hire candidates for various positions. Knowledge of current labor laws and regulations is essential. Experience using recruitment software applications such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is also a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
