Job Brief:
You will be responsible for providing medical care under the supervision of a physician. You will assist in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as help manage patient records and reports. You must be knowledgeable in medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy and physiology. We expect you to be able to recognize medical problems, perform minor surgeries, interpret test results and administer medication appropriately.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assess the patient's condition by obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations; review laboratory results; diagnose minor illnesses; identify abnormal conditions; refer patients to a physician for further evaluation or treatment when necessary.
• Perform medical treatments that include immunizations, first aid management of injuries or illnesses; administer medications; provide wound care instructions; take vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature; draw blood samples for laboratory tests; take ECG readings; order diagnostic tests.
• Record patient information such as medical history, vital signs or test results in electronic or paper medical records systems according to established procedures.
• Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
