We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful applicant must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of a team of employees in order to ensure that all tasks are completed within the required timeframe and to the highest standards. This includes overseeing daily operations, delegating duties, training new staff members, troubleshooting issues, conducting performance evaluations and ensuring safety regulations are adhered to.

The successful applicant should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle demanding situations with ease. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also essential attributes for this position. The ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
