Restaurant Manager job in Dubai UAE


We are a large restaurant in Dubai, and we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, and will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage a large and diverse team of staff.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising all restaurant activities, both front-of-house and back-of-house. This includes customer service, staffing and scheduling, financial management, operational management, menu development and implementation, training staff in proper food handling techniques, maintaining health codes and safety standards, and ensuring that all customers receive excellent service. The Manager will also work with the Executive Chef to create new menus and oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, the Manager must also have excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in order to ensure that all operations run smoothly. He or she must also be able to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining a high level of efficiency. A strong background in financial management is preferred as well.
