Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a high-end restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate should be able to manage the daily operations of the restaurant and lead a passionate team of staff. The role offers an attractive salary of 1000 AED per month. We are also open to consider applications from foreigners.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overseeing daily operations including efficient coordination between staff & customers
• Ensuring quality standards & customer satisfaction at all times
• Managing resources efficiently to optimize costs and maximize profits
• Enforcing safety regulations & maintaining hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
• Implementing innovative approaches to improve customer service experience

Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field is preferred • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is desirable • Excellent customer service skills & strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Good knowledge of local food trends, menu engineering & cost control techniques • proactive approach towards problem-solving • Good command over spoken English
