Restaurant Manager - Dubai, 1700

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in restaurant management and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor quality of food, beverage, and service delivered to customers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff roster planning, inventory management, etc.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant
• Manage budgets and financial plans as well as control expenditure
• Analyze customer feedback data and suggest improvements accordingly
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike
• Good understanding of financial aspects such as budgeting, P&L etc.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
• Open to considering foreign applicants.
