We are a family-run restaurant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We have been providing quality food and service for several years and are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of our restaurant. This includes setting goals, creating budgets, managing staff, ensuring quality customer service, and meeting all health and safety requirements. The successful candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with excellent leadership skills. They must also possess strong communication skills to ensure that our staff follows operational procedures and all customer expectations are met.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred;
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager;
• Knowledge of food safety regulations;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to build relationships with customers and staff members;
• Leadership and problem-solving capabilities;
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including hiring, training, scheduling, and managing staff; ordering supplies; creating menus; developing marketing strategies to attract new customers; overseeing food preparation to ensure quality standards are met; handling customer complaints in a professional manner; maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant premises at all times; monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. The successful candidate will also work closely with other departments such as finance, human resources, accounting, etc., to ensure efficient operations within the organization.

Salary: 1300 AED per month
