We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.

The primary responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is to ensure that guests have a great experience at our restaurant. This includes overseeing all operations, and ensuring that customer service is top-notch. The successful candidate must also be able to create an atmosphere of friendliness and professionalism throughout the entire establishment.

The Restaurant Manager will be expected to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, develop strategies for increasing sales, monitor budgets and expenses, train new staff members, assist with menu design and development, manage staff rosters and schedules, handle customer complaints, ensure staffing levels meet demand and manage stock levels. In addition, the successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of food safety regulations and legislation.

We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience with an attractive 1700 USD per month for the right candidate and are willing to consider immigrant candidates for this role.
