Job Summary:
We are looking for a barista to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional coffee experience to our customers. This position requires a friendly, customer-focused individual who is able to work within a team environment. The barista will be expected to ensure that quality standards are met and that all customers receive prompt, courteous service. The salary offered for this position is 1700 per month. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from all backgrounds. Experience in preparing and serving coffee would be highly advantageous, as well as knowledge of brewing methods, food safety regulations and the basics of latte art. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for this role, as well as an ability to work independently and within a team environment. Additionally, multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential qualities we seek in our baristas.
