Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This role will be responsible for leading our team to deliver excellent customer service and ensuring that all operations run efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of management principles and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Job Duties
-Develop strategies to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
-Oversee staff performance, delegating tasks as necessary to ensure success
-Train staff on new processes or procedures
-Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective action when necessary
-Identify areas for improvement in operations or procedures
-Coordinate with vendors to ensure delivery of required materials in a timely manner
-Analyze data to inform decision making
-Engage with customers to develop long term relationships
Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
-Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a retail setting required
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think analytically -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Ability to work independently under pressure
