We are looking for an experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious desserts and pastries on a daily basis. You must be able to work independently and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must have excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality desserts and pastries according to recipes
• Design new recipes for desserts and pastries
• Follow food safety guidelines when preparing desserts and pastries
• Supervise kitchen staff in their preparation of desserts and pastries
• Monitor inventory of necessary ingredients needed for baking
• Oversee sanitation of kitchen equipment used for baking
• Ensure accuracy of portion sizes when preparing desserts and pastries

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a pastry chef or baker in a professional setting
• Knowledge of current trends in baking techniques
• Ability to multi-task with precision and accuracy • Excellent customer service skills
