Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our warehouse operations, ensuring that all processes are efficient and cost-effective.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure that work is carried out in a safe, secure and efficient manner.
- Monitor the inflow and outflow of products as well as stock control.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and stock levels.
- Develop and implement productivity improvement plans to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor the maintenance of the warehouse environment, including temperature control, safety standards, security measures, etc.
- Ensure that all incoming shipments are checked for quality and accuracy against order requirements.
- Prepare monthly reports on warehouse operations and submit to management for review.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software programs is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong problem-solving skills.
