Al-Kuwait is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a role based in Kuwait with a starting salary of 1000KWD. The successful applicant will be responsible for the successful management and development of the Human Resource functions within Al-Kuwait.

The HR Manager will work in collaboration with senior staff and other departments to develop and implement effective strategies to maximize employee performance and engagement, manage recruitment, maintain employee records and provide support and guidance on employment law. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field as well as several years of experience in an HR role. A strong understanding of relevant employment laws is essential, along with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English. Previous experience working within an international organization would be beneficial.
