We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have no prior experience and preferably be of Indian nationality. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are looking to enter the industry.

The Merchandiser will be responsible for interacting with retailers and other stakeholders of the company to ensure maximum visibility and availability of products and services in stores. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have experience in dealing with different types of people. They must also possess the ability to think outside the box when it comes to product placement, pricing strategies, promotions, and merchandising plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing effective merchandising plans that increase product visibility, raise brand awareness, and maximize sales opportunities
• Interacting with retailers to ensure product availability on shelves
• Assessing store layout plans to ensure maximum visibility of products
• Creating promotional material that highlights product features
• Negotiating shelf space with retailers
• Managing inventory levels in stores
• Analyzing customer buying trends and providing feedback to management about changes needed in marketing strategies
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
• Generating reports on sales figures and customer feedback.
