Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery, ensuring that high-quality products are produced in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate should have experience with programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines. Creativity and problem-solving skills are essential since you will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise with machinery or materials.

Responsibilities:
• Operate machines to produce parts according to specifications
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
• Monitor the machine’s performance during production
• Follow safety regulations when operating machinery
• Ensure quality control standards are met
• Maintain accurate records of production run times
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in CNC operation preferred
• Previous experience as a CNC operator is desirable but not necessary
• Understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-Code and M-Code

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics, etc.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Physical strength to handle heavy equipment and materials
