The Machine Operator’s main responsibility is to operate machinery used in industrial production processes. This includes performing basic troubleshooting tasks when necessary and completing the required paperwork associated with each process. The Machine Operator must also ensure that all safety protocols are being followed in the work area at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and have basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment. You will need excellent hand-eye coordination as well as strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with supervisors and other personnel in the facility. Experience operating industrial machinery is preferred but not required.
