Job Description:
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic knowledge of coffee preparation.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or related position
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of coffee preparation
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred but not necessary
• Professionalism: Ability to interact positively with customers and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Availability: Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time, lift up to 10kg repetitively, and bend/stoop/squat as needed.
• Salary: AED 1400 per month
