We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests of our café while preparing and serving coffee and other beverages. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month and is open to both local applicants as well as those from abroad.

The Barista will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are prepared according to the company’s standards of quality, speed, and presentation. They must also maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all applicable safety regulations. Experience with barista equipment is preferred but not required as on-the-job training will be provided. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Barista must have an understanding of proper food handling techniques including food storage protocols.

In order to qualify for this position you must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification along with basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (espresso machine). Experience working in a barista role is preferred but not required.
