We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The perfect candidate has a genuine passion for wine and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate needs to have an advanced knowledge of wines from around the world, as well as a solid understanding of food pairing. You must also be able to explain complex information about wines in an easy-to-understand way for customers. It is essential that you are friendly, personable and have great communication skills.

Your main responsibilities will include selecting wines for our menu, working with suppliers on sourcing new wines, monitoring stock levels, providing wine tastings for customers and staff training. You will also be expected to advise customers on food pairings and ensure that all our wine selection is up-to-date with current trends.
