Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating high-quality coffee beverages. As a Barista, you should have a deep understanding of the entire coffee-making process. You must also be comfortable interacting with customers and helping them choose the best beverage for their needs. You should have excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer an attractive salary of 1000 and are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Barista;
• Excellent knowledge of brewing methods, espresso machines, and other coffee equipment;
• Ability to create innovative drinks tailored to customers' tastes;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Outstanding customer service skills;
• Ability to multitask efficiently;
• Good communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, café latte, macchiato, etc.;
• Follow recipes accurately when preparing drinks;
• Interact with customers while taking orders or making recommendations;
• Make sure all equipment is operating properly and efficiently; • Clean the café area regularly including counters, tables, chairs, etc.; • Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed at all times; • Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, cups, etc.; • Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
