Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process from prospecting, qualifying, and closing of sales opportunities. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and excellent communication skills.

The Sales Manager will have a base salary of 1100 per month. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager include:

• Developing and managing a high-performing team to meet sales goals
• Prospecting new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking events, etc.
• Qualifying leads and determining customer needs
• Developing and presenting customized solutions that meet customer needs
• Negotiating contracts with clients
• Ensuring accurate data entry into CRM software
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in sales management or a related field. The candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
