We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a variety of delicious dishes and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The position offers a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreign nationals for this job opportunity.

Job Description:
• Prepare meals according to the menu and presentation standards set by the restaurant/hotel
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards
• Plan and create menus that meet customers’ needs and expectations
• Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks, manage schedules, provide training & guidance
• Analyze recipes to determine labor & overhead costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop creative ideas for new recipes according to customer preferences

Required Education & Skills: • Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting • Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant/hotel setting • A solid knowledge of international cuisines, ingredients, cooking techniques & presentation styles • Sound understanding of food safety principles & hygiene regulations • Excellent organizational & time management abilities • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Passionate about cooking with an eye for detail
