We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at our new location in Bani Yas City. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month and are willing to consider foreign applicants.

The ideal candidate should bring enthusiasm, energy and a passion for coffee. The Barista will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment as well as maintaining the highest standard of quality and hygiene during the preparation and service of food and beverages.

The successful Barista will be required to: greet customers in a friendly manner; take orders accurately; prepare hot drinks including espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato etc.; serve food items such as sandwiches, pastries etc.; maintain cleanliness of the cafe; operate cash registers; and provide general assistance to customers.

We are looking for candidates with prior experience working as a barista in a busy cafe environment who have excellent customer service skills. The successful applicant should have good knowledge of coffee types and brewing techniques and should possess the ability to work quickly but accurately under pressure. Good communication skills are also essential for this role.
