Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, utilizing various surveying methods and technologies. You will also be tasked with helping to develop plans for various projects such as construction sites, highways, bridges, etc. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with highly competitive pay of 1000 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
As a Land Surveyor in Ras-al-Khaimah, you will be responsible for completing the following tasks:
• Utilizing specialized surveying tools and technologies such as total stations and drones;
• Preparing maps of surveyed land;
• Analysing data from surveys;
• Developing plans for construction sites;
• Researching legal documents related to the surveyed land;
• Maintaining accurate records of survey results;
• Meeting deadlines in a timely manner; • Communicating effectively with other members of the team.

Required Qualifications:
To qualify for this position we are looking for an individual who meets the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geomatics or related field;
• Previous experience working as a Land Surveyor is preferred but not required; • Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and systems; • Strong mathematical skills; • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
