The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of teaching experience. They should also be capable of developing engaging lesson plans and teaching materials. In this role, the Teacher will create lesson plans that meet the curriculum objectives as well as inspire students to learn. They must also be knowledgeable about modern teaching practices and techniques such as using technology in the classroom or differentiating instruction for different student needs. Additionally, they must be capable of creating assessments that accurately measure student progress. The Teacher will also need to develop positive relationships with their students by providing clear guidance on their learning activities and encouraging open dialogue with them.
