Job Description: Pharmacist - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a Pharmacist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role will involve providing pharmaceutical services to the public and managing the supply of medication. The successful candidate must be familiar with relevant pharmaceutical laws and regulations and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners in accordance with established standards
• Ensure accuracy of patient information, proper labeling and dosage instructions
• Maintain appropriate records of all medications dispensed
• Monitor inventory levels, order medications as needed, and receive orders when they arrive
• Advise patients on the correct use of their prescriptions and over-the-counter drugs
• Provide counseling to patients on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage of drugs
• Compound or mix medications as needed for special orders or liquid medications not commercially available
• Participate in continuing education programs to stay informed about new developments in pharmacy practice

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred
• Licensed pharmacist in Abu Dhabi (or ability to obtain licensing)
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, standards, and best practices
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Salary: 1600 per month
