Civil Engineer (Abu-Dhabi, 1400)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to building construction, infrastructure development and the maintenance of existing structures. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills as well as strong engineering knowledge.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop cost estimates for projects, ensuring that all costs are within budget.
• Plan, design, and oversee construction of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, dams, and buildings.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure project is completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare reports on project progress, costs, schedules, safety records etc.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop project budgets including capital expenditures and operating costs.
• Establish specifications for materials used in construction projects.
• Evaluate existing structures to determine their suitability for renovation or demolition.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on large scale civil engineering projects in the Middle East region or similar environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable building codes, standards and regulations related to civil engineering practices in the region.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead a team of engineers through successful completion of project goals on time and within budget.
