Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate surveying of land, to produce detailed maps and plans of the area.

Responsibilities:
• Make precise measurements to determine property boundaries
• Research and analyze records, maps, deeds, and other documents to define legal boundaries for properties
• Utilize survey equipment such as level rods, range poles, electronic distance measuring devices (EDM), global positioning systems (GPS) and computer-aided drafting systems (CAD)
• Prepare sketches and diagrams of surveyed land for use in reports
• Assemble all data collected into sketches or computer-aided drawings
• Ensure accuracy of all surveys and data collected
• Participate in construction stakeouts
• Assist with environmental studies, flood control projects or other related activities as required by the project

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in surveying engineering from an accredited college/university is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Certification as a Professional Land Surveyor is desirable but not necessary
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a land surveyor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of local laws and regulations regarding land surveying

Salary: 1300 AED per month
