We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who is motivated and committed to joining a successful team. The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive salary of 1200 per month. We are open to considering both nationals and foreigners for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the team, developing strategies to improve productivity, resolving any issues that arise within the team, completing performance reviews and providing feedback to staff members. They will also be required to motivate their team members, provide guidance on how tasks should be completed and ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, great organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. They should also have a good understanding of relevant regulations as well as a passion for motivating others to achieve success. A university degree or professional qualification in management or business would be highly beneficial but not essential.
