Excavator Operator Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating an excavator to safely and efficiently execute various digging and site preparation tasks. The position offers a salary of 1600. We are also willing to consider applications from foreign nationals.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor the excavation work and ensure that it is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and best practice.
• Operate the excavator to dig trenches, move materials, and load trucks with soil or debris as required.
• Inspect the excavator’s components regularly and perform basic maintenance when necessary.
• Coordinate with the supervisor regarding daily tasks, special instructions, or machinery concerns.
• Stay up-to-date on new excavation technologies and techniques for improved efficiency.
• Follow all safety regulations while operating machinery, wearing proper safety gear at all times.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of excavation techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and other technical documents related to construction projects.
• Strong physical condition and stamina with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (for some positions).
