We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position and preferably have knowledge of UAE laws and regulations. The job description includes but is not limited to: developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures, conducting recruitment efforts, managing payrolls, administering benefits, leading performance management processes, conducting employee evaluation, managing employee relations, handling disciplinary issues as well as ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

The suitable candidate should demonstrate experience in all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment and selection processes; proven experience in developing/implementing HR strategies; excellent communication skills; strong organizational skills; advanced knowledge of UAE labor law.

The position comes with a salary of 1300 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
