HR Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all human resources activities in our organization, providing strategic and operational guidance to the team and ensuring that all staff are supported and their needs are met. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 per month and we are open to considering a foreign candidate.

Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for the management of all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, compensation management, compliance with labour laws and regulations, as well as other HR initiatives. Additionally the HR Manager will provide leadership for the HR team while ensuring that all HR strategies and objectives are closely aligned with business goals.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent plus at least five years of progressive experience in a similar role. A deep understanding of employment law is required as well as excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also essential. Foreign candidates will be considered if they have relevant experience in Human Resources management.
