The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and systems; providing guidance and support to personnel; managing departmental budgets; conducting investigations; and supervising security staff. This role requires excellent management skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing a safe environment for our employees.

Requirements for the Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Criminal Justice or Security Management
• Proven experience as a Security Manager
• Understanding of legal policies related to security
• Knowledge of surveillance systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good decision-making skills
• Outstanding leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
