Job Title: Bank Teller
Location: Abu-Dhabi (UAE)
Salary: 1700 AED

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all customer transactions at our bank, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service. We are willing to consider foreigners for the position.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other services.
• Process checks and cash accurately and securely.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, interest rates, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and balancing books on a daily basis.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to better serve customers’ needs.
• Follow compliance procedures to ensure adherence to Federal banking regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times while adhering to the bank’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as finance or accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Bank Teller or similar role in a financial institution is preferred but not required.
• Excellent understanding of banking regulations, products and services.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
