We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be well organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work under pressure.

The job role requires the successful candidate to source, screen and interview potential candidates for open positions. They should also be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The recruiter will also oversee all new hire onboarding activities, including providing orientation materials and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed correctly.

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience as a recruiter in a busy environment. They should also be knowledgeable about different recruitment practices, including social media recruitment and sourcing techniques. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not essential. A good understanding of the current labor law is also desirable.

The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary of 1100 AED per month plus benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme etc. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this role if they can demonstrate the necessary skills and experience outlined above.
