We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join an established and successful business.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for managing a variety of projects from inception to completion. The Construction Manager should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead and coordinate with staff, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. They should also be able to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and scheduling activities, monitoring progress, controlling costs, overseeing quality assurance/control procedures, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, preparing project reports, managing change orders and customer requests, ensuring proper documentation of all activities related to the project. In addition this role requires excellent communication skills as well as problem-solving abilities.
