Construction Manager Job - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Construction Manager in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and execution to completion.

Job Description:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of buildings and related structures, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed and that all quality control standards are met. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of subcontractors, maintaining a safe work environment, and managing budgeting and scheduling. The Construction Manager will also be responsible for leading the team in problem solving and decision making on any project related issues.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management is preferred.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations is desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans accurately is a must.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks as needed and motivate team members when necessary.

Salary: 1800 AED per month (we are willing to consider an immigrant)
