This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in Al-Kuwait as a Supervisor. We are looking for an experienced individual to take on this challenging role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that all employees are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to subordinates, establishing objectives, ensuring quality assurance, and adhering to company policies and procedures. They will also ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years’ experience in a supervisory role in Al-Kuwait or similar environment. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required. They should also have excellent knowledge of Al-Kuwait labor laws and regulations as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, they should possess strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate staff to achieve their goals while maintaining high standards of performance.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400 per month for this position along with other benefits such as medical coverage, vacation days, and flexible working hours.
