We are looking for a talented and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take an integral role in the operation of a successful hotel.
Job Description: The Hotel Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the hotel, ensuring that all departments are profitable and providing excellent guest service. They must be able to develop strategies that maximize profits while maintaining high standards of service excellence, as well as manage daily operations including overseeing staff and managing budgets.
Responsibilities:
• Establish operational objectives and work plans, monitor performance against objectives, and evaluate results
• Ensure that all departments adhere to operating policies and procedures
• Develop strategies to increase profits while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff
• Manage budgets by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Develop marketing plans for new services/products or promotions
• Monitor industry trends to determine customer needs
• Prepare monthly reports on operational performance/financial results
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience in hospitality management is preferred but not required • Knowledge of hotel operations software such as PMS or POS systems is beneficial • Excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving ability • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
