Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lawyer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of legal principles and be able to advise on legal matters. As a Lawyer, you will be responsible for researching and providing advice on complex legal matters as well as representing clients in court proceedings.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyze legal issues
- Draft documents such as contracts, wills, deeds, pleadings, briefs etc.
- Advise clients on legal matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Investigate facts to determine the merits of the case
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Monitor changes in relevant laws & regulations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field
- Proven experience as a Lawyer
- Excellent knowledge of legal principles and practices
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
- A strong understanding of the local laws & regulations governing business activities
